Qualifying with a first class BSc Honours degree in Osteopathic Medicine from one of only ten specialist institutes in the UK, Mr Abbas has been delivering private healthcare services in Cheshire and Lancashire since 2010.

Drawing skills from the Art and Science he has acquired through extensive research and clinical practice simultaneously with his unique techniques in treating many chronic and acute musculoskeletal conditions, Mr Abbas became very quickly recognised and likened by sports professionals. His remarkable success in treating sports injuries and other, often chronic, conditions and injuries gained him a reputation in this area and consequently led to an increasing demand for this type of treatment.

As he puts it in his own words: 

"During my course of practice I have been privileged to successfully provide services to some of the world’s finest sports athletes including but not limited to UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson (also known as ‘Mr T’ from ‘The A-Team’, a 2010 American action film), World Women’s Power-lifting Champion in Bench Press Emma James, UFC Heavyweight Champion Cheick Kongo and World Champion Brazilian Jujitsu Master Mario Sukata."

Combining his knowledge, expertise and clinical experience, Mr Abbas also acts as a medical expert, aiding the Courts in the litigation process within his area of expertise for cases involving personal injuries arising from various incidents including medical/clinical negligence.

Despite his engagements, credentials and reputation, Mr Abbas is best known for his modesty, honesty and commitment to patients.


Ms Henna Javed


BSc (Hons) Osteopathic Medicine

Ms Henna Javed is a fully qualified Osteopath, registered with the General Osteopathic Council. She qualified with a BSc Honours degree in Osteopathic Medicine as completed at the Surrey Institute of Osteopathic Medicine in 2016. Henna has proven her competencies by shadowing and treating patients in various branches of osteopathy including but not limited to paediatrics and sports.

Her undergraduate training comprised various approaches including structural and classical Osteopathy, thus enabling her to take a more holistic approach to the health and well-being of her patients. Henna has been exposed to a very large variety of cases throughout her rigorous training, which covered aspects of pharmacology, nutrition, imaging, gynaecology, andrology, obstetrics and paediatrics.

Henna has valued her experience of working with patients of all ages, from a variety of backgrounds and from all walks of life. Her non-judgemental character and attention to detail is evident of just how patient-centres Henna is. She combines her knowledge with clinical professionalism thus delivering exemplary care. Through these values, Henna upholds her values with the principles of honesty and respect with every patient and has genuine care and interest for every case.

My role as practice manager is to oversee and develop the work for the clinic. I ensure the clinic runs efficiently for patients, and that the practitioners have the support they need to make sure patient satisfaction is achieved.

My name is Zaheer Oomer. I have been in the fitness industry since 2001 and recently became a qualified sports massage therapist with a level 3 diplopma.
